Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information:
When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 14 days. If, however, they are in the process of being made we aim to send them out within 14 – 21 days. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48-hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays – regrettably no delivery service is infallible and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.Returns Policy:

Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that goods are adequately packed as damaged items will not be credited and you send the parcel using a delivery service with adequate insurance to the value of the goods. The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Items:
If the item you receive is faulty, please email us with your name address and order number, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise you how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from the receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
