Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information:
When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 14 days. If, however, they are in the process of being made we aim to send them out within 14 – 21 days. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 24-hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays – regrettably no delivery service is infallible and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.

When ordering it is your responsibility to ensure the correct address/delivery details are provided. All sculptures are sent on a 24-hour service to minimise handling. All are packed carefully and securely to avoid breakages.

If incorrect details are provided this can result in goods being in transit for long periods and lost or damaged.

In the event of incorrect delivery details being provided.

1)    The sculpture is returned undamaged within 14 days; a refund will be issued minus an administration charge.

2)    The sculpture is returned damaged, this is deemed as no fault by ourselves and no refund will be issued.

3)    The sculpture is not returned within 14 days and will be assumed lost, this is deemed as no fault by ourselves and no refund will be issued.

Returns Policy:

Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that goods are adequately packed as damaged items will not be credited and you send the parcel using a delivery service with adequate insurance to the value of the goods. The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Items:
If the item you receive is faulty, please email us with your name address and order number, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise you how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from the receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
